(a) whether all entitled Government officials have to pay for the local calls made from their residential telephone provided by Government in excess of the 325 local calls that are paid by the government;
(b) whether some officials do not deposit such excess call charges causing huge revenue loss to the Government;
(c) if so, details of the officials who have not deposited such excess call charges for the period for January 1995 to November 2000, Ministry-wise;
(d) The action Government proposed to recover such due from those officials together with time;
(e) whether any penal interest is proposed to be recovered on the dues from such officials who have not deposited excess local call charges payable by them; and
(f) if so, the details thereof:
