(a) whether the Government has taken or proposes to take any steps to constitute an Expert Committee to suggest sustainable measures to curb the loss of life, crops and damage to property caused due to floods,
cyclones and other natural disasters in various parts of the country every year;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the steps taken so far, in this regard?
