(a): The Public Private Partnership Appraisal Committee (PPPAC)under the Ministry of Finance is the appraisal agency and does not short-list any private company for development of Infrastructure at major ports in the country.

(b) & (c): A list of PPP Projects that have been appraised and approved by PPPAC is given in Annexure along with names of the Projects and Ports. All these projects are currently at various stages of award/implementation.
