Madam, the location of the proposed Ligo-India project to be established is not yet finalized. For this purpose, 3 leading Indian institutions, viz. Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune, Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Gandhinagar and Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore are coordinating with two LIGO observatories in the USA.
