(a) whether the Government has conducted any study to find out green belt towns in the country and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether any census of trees has been conducted in such green belts and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether satellite mapping is used for supervisions of green belts; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a)& (b) : No, Madam. Ministry of Urban Development has not conducted any study to find out green bell: towns in the country. No Census of trees is conducted by Ministry.
(c) : The National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) is responsible for mapping and the State government monitors the green belts.
(d): Question does not arise.
