(a) whether the Government has started working on the Three-S formula (Skill, Scale, Speed) to make unemployed youths as entrepreneurs;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the number of unemployed youths made/being made entrepreneurs under the Three-S formula as on date;
(d) whether his Ministry has contacted the Ministry of Labour and Employment to provide employment to trained youths under the Three-S formula; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (e) There are over 20 Central Ministries/Departments including Ministry of Labour and Employment, engaged in skill development activities with over 70 schemes/programmes. The Government is upscaling and strengthening them as well as bring new ones. These Schemes permit self employment as an acceptable outcome. As per information available with National Skill Development Agency, the number of persons trained under these schemes/programmes is given below:
