Question : MoU with Google and Amazon etc.

(a) whether the Government of Andhra Pradesh has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google, Amazon, Udasita and other Universities like Michigan, California in USA to give training to students from 3rd year onward in B. Tech. course with Skill Development course and certification courses in B. Tech. colleges in the State;

(b) if so, the details of the MoUs signed and progress made so far;

(c) whether the course in these Universities and Organisations have huge demand and can provide employment to the students after their training; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

Answer given by the minister

(a) to (d) Yes, Madam. Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), an executive agency of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (SDE&I) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh has signed MoUs / issued work orders to the following organisations and universities:
