(a)Yes, Sir.
(b) These relate to non-receipt of PAN cards.
(c) & (d)Yes, Sir. In most of the cases PAN cards are safely reaching the
applicants.However, in some cases, PAN cards are returned undelivered from
the addresses given in the application. In such cases, PAN cards are re-dispatched
as and when the applicant informs about the non-receipt of the card.
