(a) whether the Ministry of Home Affairs has received any proposal from the State Government of Maharashtra to give 50 per cent share of the amount likely to be expended for the laying of railway lines in naxal affected area of the country, especially in Vadhasa-Gadchiroli and Nagpur-Nagbhir;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the action taken by the Government so far in this regard;
(d) the reasons for delay in giving 50 per cent amount by the Ministry for the laying of railway lines in naxal affected areas; and
(e) the proposed time-line to complete the said works?
