(a) Yes Sir, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) mandates that a minimum of 70% of the youth getting training needs to be placed by the Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs). Further, on completion of training by candidates, DDU-GKY provides fund for post placement support and mobile tracking. In Telangana, since start of the DDU-GKY programme in the year 2016, a total of 62,162 candidates have been trained and 44,855 candidates have been offered jobs. Further, in Telangana, an expenditure of Rs. 290.06 lakhs for post placement support and Rs. 134.56 lakhs for mobile tracking for the candidates has been incurred so far.
