(a) whether all the displaced persons of Lalmatia region have not yet been rehabilitated even after the commencement of mining work in the area;
(b) if so, the reasons therefor; and
(c) the time by which all the displaced persons are likely to be rehabilitated?

(a) As reported by Coal India Limited, all displaced
persons of Lalmatia region, where mining work has commenced,
have been rehabilitated.
(b) Does not arise in view of reply given to part (a)
above.
(c) Rehabilitation of displaced persons depends on the
progress of the mining activities. However, without
resettlement, no family will be displaced.
