Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether it is true that the Government has decided to implement Phase-IV of Delhi Metro Rail on its own;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the time by which the project is likely to be commissioned and completed; and
(d) the total budget for this project along with the source of funding for the project?

(a)&(b): Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC) has submitted a proposal of Phase-IV of Delhi Metro to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. Appraisal of the proposal has started.
(c)&(d): Since the proposal of Delhi Metro Phase IV has not as yet been approved, the time of commissioning / completion and budget / source of funding cannot be given.
