(a) to (c): Granite being a minor mineral defined under Section 3(e) of the Mines and Minerals(Development & Regulation)Act,1957, mineral concessions are granted by the respective State Governments under their Minor Mineral Concession Rules(MMCRs) and therefore no data regarding operating/closed mines is centrally maintained.
