(a) whether the Indian Missions in Europe incurred a substantial revenue loss towards visa and consular fees during the past two years;
(b) if so, the details thereof, year-wise; and
(c) the reasons for revenue loss and the action taken against those found guilty in this regard.

(a) & (b) As per information available, Indian Missions in Europe have incurred a loss of revenue of Rs.2,09,049 during the last two years;
(c) This loss occurred due to mis-application of some of the instructions of the Ministry which was not intentional, and hence no action against any official has been taken.
