(a), (b) & (c)No, Sir. The R&D activities in the country are primarily carried out by the various scientific departments/ agencies through their laboratories, autonomous institutions and through various academic institutions. The R&D efforts are mission oriented and have clear objectives. The R&D efforts in the country are continuously monitored through rigorous peer-review mechanism to ensure specific time-bound objectives.
