Question : Caste based Census

(a) the names of all the Ministries which have received the caste based census data from 2011;

(b) the manner in which the data was provided to the respective Ministries, the detail thereof, Ministry-wise;

(c) the major scheme/projects of the Government where the caste based census data was utilized by the Ministry since its receipt; and

(d) the change that the data had brought in the various Government Programmes being implemented by them?

(a): The Government of India has not enumerated caste-wise population, other than Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) in Census since independence.
(b) to (d): Question doesn’t arise.
