(b)Does not arise in view of reply at part (a) above.
(c)& (d)Yes, Sir. A Writ (Civil) Petition 260/2005 regarding Genetically Modified (GM) Crops and related issues along with an Interim Affidavit (IA) 47 related to GM Mustard is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Government of India has filed appropriate replies against WP 260/2005 and related Interim Affidavits including IA 47 and the matter is sub-judice.
