Answer given by the minister

MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

(DR. SUBHAS SARKAR)

(a) to (c): Education is in the concurrent list of the Constitution and Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Veda Vidya Pratishthan (MSRVVP) has been established as an autonomous body by the Government of India for promoting Vedic Education in the country. Its Memorandum of Association (MoA), inter alia, provides to undertake all such activities as may be necessary for the attainment of the objectives of the Pratishthan. Accordingly, it has been decided by the MSRVVP to establish Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Veda Sanskrit Shiksha Board (MSRVSSB) and Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB).
