(a) whether it is a fact that the coverage of health care facilities under Centrally sponsored scheme are not adequate in Orissa; and

(b) if so, the details of steps taken to provide adequate health care facilities to Orissa?

(a) & (b) No, Sir. Centrally Sponsored Schemes are being implemented in the country including Orissa for control of major diseases like Malaria, TB, Leprosy, Blindness and AIDS. In addition, a State Health Systems Project to upgrade and modernize secondary health care facilities is also under implementation in Orissa with World Bank Assistance.
