(a) & (b) No, Sir. Centrally Sponsored Schemes are being implemented in the country including Orissa for control of major diseases like Malaria, TB, Leprosy, Blindness and AIDS. In addition, a State Health Systems Project to upgrade and modernize secondary health care facilities is also under implementation in Orissa with World Bank Assistance.
