Question : ESTABLISHING HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCE CORPORATION

(a) whether the Government has decided to constitute a Higher Education Finance Corporation to make vocational,technical and higher education accessible;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government has mobilised budgetary support for the said Corporation;

(d) if so, whether the Government has fixed any time frame for constitution of the said Corporation; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?
