(a) & (b) The computerisation of the offices of the Registrar of Companies is an ongoing process. The functions of Name approval and the Receipt Counters at the offices of Registrars of Companies have already been computerised.
(c) The offices of Registrar of Companies will use less paper as computerisation progresses.
