(a) whether the Union Government have received any proposal from the State Government of Orissa to construct high level embankments along the entire coast of State to check heavy tide;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether special funds are being provided by the Centre for the construction of the embankments; and
(d) if so, the proposed amount to be spent and the time limit for the completion of this project?
