(a) whether any assistance is provided to employees of a company under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) who meet with an accident while at work;
(b) if so, the details of the provisions under the rules for this assistance; and
(c) the details of the percentage of compensation provided to the employees under the said provision by the companies under the CSR during the last three years?
