(a) whether the Government has sought the help of Singapore`s expertise in implementing the proposal to provide low-cost housing to all in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor along with the reaction of that country in this regard; and
(c) the terms and conditions finalised in this regard?
