(a) whether the number of cases registered by CBI against Indian Administrative
Officers has increased over the years;
(b) if so, the details thereof including the cases registered by CBI against
them during the last three years and the current year, year-wise;
(c) whether any instructions have been issued by the Cabinet Secretariat in this regard;and
(d) if so, the details thereof including the punitive action taken against the guilty officers?
