(a) and (b): Union Ministry of Health & FW has revised its ‘Guidelines for international arrivals’ on 10th February 2022, to be effective from 14th February 2022, wherein all international travellers to India must submit either a negative RT-PCR test report or a COVID-19 vaccination completion certificate (only for countries which have agreement with India on mutual recognition of vaccination certificates of Nationally recognised or WHO recognised vaccines) before arrival in India.
As per the current guidelines there is no provision for mandatory home quarantine for international travellers to India.
