(a) The details of assistance provided to small and medium exporters of handloom fabric, carpets and garments during each of the last three years;
(b) Whether the Government proposes to grant duty exemption to the exporters engaged in the said sector in future as well;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) The quantum and the value of the said items exported by the exporters during the last three years and the current year, year-wise and country-wise?

(a): The details of assistance provided in textile and apparel sector including small and medium exporters of handloom fabric, carpets and garments during last three years are in Annexure I.
(b) & (c): Yes Madam, the exemptions under Advance Authorization Scheme, Duty Free Import Authorization (DFIA) Scheme, Export Promotion Capital Goods(EPCG) Scheme as announced on 1.4.2015 are available for the Foreign Trade Policy Period 2015-2020.
(d): The export of handloom fabric, carpets and garments in last three years and current financial years are provided in Annexure II.
