(a): the details of LPG agencies and petrol pumps allotted to the state of Manipur during the last three years, district-wise;
(b): the target set for allotment of new LPG agencies and Petrol pumps in Manipur during 2000-2001; and
(c): the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) to (c): During the last three years (i.e., 1997-98, 1998-99 and 1999-2000) 5 LPG distributorships were allotted in the State of Manipur. No retail outlet dealership was allotted in the State of Manipur during this period.
To meet the increased demand, 2 retail outlets and 15 LPG distributorships have been included in the Marketing Plan 1996-98 for the State of Manipur. More dealerships/ distributorships will be set up on the basis of feasibility surveys.
