(a) whether the incidents of theft / loss of ammunition of the defence forces has been reported in the past;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has decided to place RFID tags on the ammunition being transported to different parts of the country;
(d) if so, the details and the objectives thereof; and
(e) the agencies to be involved in the exercise and the funds provided for the purpose?
