Question : IMPLEMENTATION OF LABOUR LAWS IN COMPANIES

(a) whether the companies are required to submit a compliance report to the department of Corporate Affairs regarding implementation of Sabour laws;

(b) if so, the provisions in this regard;

(c) the number of companies who have not submitted the compliance report during the last three years; and

(d) the action taken by the Government in this regard as a result thereof?
