(a) & (b): As per Budget pronouncement for the year 2016-17, Railways intend to provide portable structures with Bio toilets at all platforms of select stations to meet the demand of Senior citizens, Divyangs & Women travellers. However, setting up of bio-toilet at stations has been done in past on trial basis. So far, ten bio-toilets have been set up at stations.
