Answer given by the minister

MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS ( SHRI O. RAJAGOPAL )

(a)&(b): No, Sir.

(c) Does not arise.

(d) Due to constraint of space, when the Hindi Section was shifted in 1994 to its present location, the books had to be properly stored in the basement. It would be possible to keep them in Hindi Section, once RITES own office complex at Gurgaon becomes functional. Hindi Typewriters are being used occasionally as most of the Hindi work is being done on computers. No Hindi typewriter has disappeared.

(e) Does not arise.
