(a) whether the Government proposes to cooperate with Cote d’Ivoire for the development of SME sector;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the representatives of the Ministry of MSME have held meeting with the leaders of Cote d’Ivoire in the recent past; and
(d) if so, the details if issues discussed during the said meeting along with the decisions taken on such issues?

(a) to (d): The Government had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with Cote D’Ivoire on 14/02/2007. A delegation led by Shri Jean-Louis Billon, the Minister for Trade, Handicrafts & SMEs of Cote d’Ivoire met the Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) on 05.11.2014 at New Delhi.
