(a) whether the Government propose to set up marketing subsidiary of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC);
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether one of the subsidiaries is proposed to be set up in West Bengal; and
(d) if so, by when this will be set up?
