(a) to (e): No such database is maintained centrally, at present. The University Grants Commission (UGC) had, in 1989, circulated the report of the Task Force on Code of Professional Ethics to all universities. The Task Force had, inter alia, recommended that teachers should refrain from undertaking any other employment and commitment including private tuitions and coaching classes, which are likely to interfere with their professional responsibilities.
