Question : LOAN AGAINST MORTGAGED GOVERNMENT LAND

(a) Whether the Government has received any complaints against Public Sector Banks for disbursing loans to some private promoters against mortgaging the Government land; and

(b) If so, the details thereof along with the action taken / being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) and (b): Government has not received any complaint against Public Sector Banks for disbursing loans to some private promoters against mortgaging the Government land.
