(a) & (b) Yes Sir. Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) is in the process of setting up a dedicated satellite antenna at Guwahati for promoting Internet Service in the North East regions of India. Government plans to provide Internet leased line service to customers using the proposed antenna from August 2000.
(c) Not applicable in view of (a) & (b) above.
