(a) to (c) A cultural Exchange programme between India and China was signed at Beijing on April 11, 2000. The programme will be effective for the years 2000-2002. The cultural Exchanges are proposed to be undertaken in the fields of Arts & Culture, Education, Youth Affairs & Sports, mass- Media and Social Sciences. In addition, both sides have agreed to take up any other additional proposals through mutual consultations.
