(a) & (b): A Statement is attached.
(b): Regular and surprise checks are conducted frequently to check ticketless/irregular travel in association with Railway Magistrates and Police. In addition, the Zonal Railways also conduct special types of checks on specific dates and periods at various places and sections prone to ticketless travel.
