(a) the number of candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) who have been deprived of the benefit of reservation in the process of appointment on various posts, due to their inclusion in creamy layer during the last three years;
(b) whether cases of getting service by submitting the false certificate of non-inclusion in creamy layer have come to the notice of the Railways; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?
