(a) The objective of the project is to reduce vulnerability to cyclones and other hydro-meteorological hazards of coastal communities and increase the capacity of the State to effectively plan for and respond to disasters. The outcome of this project is to build resilience for the coastal communities by way of structural mitigation measures and non structural measures.
