(a) the total amount of funds sanctioned and utilized for different schemes of the Ministry in Jammu and Kashmir and Bihar during each of the last five years and the current year;
(b) the total amount of funds sanctioned and released under different schemes for different towns/ cities of said States during the above period, year-wise;
(c) the number of houses constructed in said States, town/city-wise;
and
(d) the number of houses proposed to be constructed in above States?

(a) to (d) Urban Development is a State subject. Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs assists the States / Union Territories (UTs) in urban development through its Missions- Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0, Smart Cities Mission (SCM), Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban (SBM-U) 2.0, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) and also addresses livelihood concerns under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) and PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbharNidhi (PM SVANidhi). The status of Central Assistance (CA) under the Missions and houses provided under PMAY-U in Bihar and Jammu and Kashmir is given in the Annexure.
