(a) the funds allocated to state Governments for developing non-conventional energy sources during each of the last three years, particularly to the State of Himachal Pradesh;
(b) whether the allocated funds have been utilized properly and monitoring done from time-to-time; and
(c) if so, the details thereof and the progress made in this regard?

(a), (b) & (c) : Financial assistance provided for the development of various non-conventional energy sources during each of the last three years to the States, including Himachal Pradesh is given in Annexure. The Ministry has been conducting periodic reviews of the schemes/programmes implemented through the State Nodal Agencies and other organizations to ensure proper utilization of funds.
