(a) the funds allocated to the State of Andhra Pradesh under the Modernisation of Police Force Scheme during the last two years;
(b) whether the Government plans to introduce Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV‘s-drone) neutralizing systems for State Police Forces, and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a): ‘Police’ and ‘Public Order’ are State subjects under the seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India. However, the Government of India supplements the efforts of the State Governments towards equipping and modernizing of their police forces, under the scheme of ‘Assistance to States for Modernisation of Police’ [erstwhile scheme of Modernisation of Police Forces (MPF)]. The funds allocated to the State of Andhra Pradesh under this scheme during the last two years are as below:
