(a) whether the Delhi Development Authority (DDA)
has permitted conversion of flats and residential
plots into freehold properties;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the number of flats
converted into freehold by the Authority so far; and
(c) the number of cases pending?

(a); Yes, Madam. DDA is allowing conversion of leasehold to freehold as per
laid down orders/guidelines in this regard.
(b): The details of the flats/plots converted into freehold
as reported by the DDA till 29.02.2012 is as under:
DDA Flats : 87,025 Group Housing Flats : 49,695 Residential Plots : 99,673
DDA Flats : 604 Group Housing Flats : 584 Residential Plots : 1327
