(a) the details of proposed work of National Highways (NHs) in the States of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh during the period from 2022 to 2024;
(b) the details of tenders awarded in November-December, 2020 and January, 2021 for the said works in the above States;
(c) whether the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has a policy of not awarding work which is above the estimated cost;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the details of tenders awarded which were above the estimated cost during 2019 and 2020?
