(a) to (b) : Yes Sir. As on date, total 17 states namely; Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Nagaland, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh., Kerala, Haryana, Jharkhand, Telangana, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Mizoram and Tripura have established Consumer Welfare (Corpus) Fund in their respective states.
Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Lakshadweep, Puducherry and Ladakh have not established the Consumer Welfare (Corpus) fund in their States/UTs.
