(a, (b) and (c): No, Sir. However, Air India and Air India Express are accepting post dated cheques of Rs.25 lakhs and Rs.16 lakhs, respectively, from the pilots joining these airlines, which will be encashed in case the pilot does not serve the airline for a period of five years.
