(a) the number of persons affected by the construction of Talcher-Sambalpur Railway line in
Orissa;
(b) whether all the persons affected by construction of the said line have been rehabilitated;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the steps taken to provide adequate amount of compensation and for proper rehabilitation of
affected persons?
