(a) whether the Government had advised Hindustan Lever to withdraw its Dalda Active from the market as also from Exports along with its partner Bunge as the product launched 4 years ago has been found to contain harmful chemicals;
(b) if so, the details thereof ; and
(c) the present status thereof?

(a) to (c) As per the information made available by Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, who are the licencing authority for these products, no such advice / direction was issued by them to M/s Hindustan Lever Ltd., to withdraw its Dalda Active from the market as also from Exports alongwith its partner Bunge.
